If you are reading this then you have discovered that The Opal indeed has a blog (or will soon have a blog). In the coming months, in addition to our annual publication of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry, our staff will be adding content to these pages. We very much wanted the blog to be a celebration of creativity and as such it will focus on voices in the creative arts community featuring artists, musicians, and writers. In addition, The Opal staff will also be providing their own voices to the blog as they conduct interviews, discuss the writing life, and share their experiences as emerging writers and creatives.
